Solution

The problem
to solve

The problem to solve:

Neuro-physiological, biomechanical and other histological events associated with all types of organ movement including high-speed movement, rapid loading, and vibration or impact loading cannot be scanned with current technology due to motion error.

Because of this suboptimal image quality, there is a gap in the medical know-how as in everyday clinical practice there is no accurate association between the onset and progression of tissue disease and dynamic loading.

Diagnostic and interventional imaging, moreover, are still challenged by patient safety (high-dosage, irradiation) and high-cost workflow setbacks that result in excessive operational costs.

This inefficiency in establishing objective dynamic measures as golden standards linked to clinical outcomes leads to unnecessary medical error, ineffective  surgical planning and post surgical rehabilitation, unnecessary high dosage imaging and significant revenue loss with huge cost impediments in the industry;

Our technological solution:

To overcome these limitations, KINEMAGINE has developed robotically-driven scalable multi-modality imaging systems that offer synchronous geometry-independent isocentric Tomosynthesis, 3D and unique video‑radiography with 4D options capable of acquiring simultaneous multi-plane radiographic images at very high acquisition frame rates.

This capability results in “freezing” high speed motion with significant reduction in irradiation and with state-of-the-art accuracy to deliver a unique patient specific 4D kinematic Identify (ID). Fusing this new 4D ID with patient specific high-definition morphology data (3D and density information) is therefore now possible. The solution is application independent and can be employed in all types of diagnostic, therapeutic and interventional medicine.

Our novel technology can be translated to a suite of solutions that could skyrocket revenue in the whole value chain of medical imaging.
